in the Haubiversum Bread-World.

Dear guests!

The Haubiverse is open! We look forward to welcoming you to our café, outside area and to guided tours and children's programs!

Your safety is important to us, so some hygiene measures help us to protect you and our employees. Please support us in this.

 

Experience Tour

Based on the government guidelines, our tours through the bread experience world take place in a modified form:

  • Please reserve your tour in advance using our online ticket tool or by phone at +43 (7416) 503 - 499!
  • Guided tours take place daily at 11 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Also at 9.30 a.m. in July and August.
  • Masks are required for guests indoors. 3G proof is still required.
  • Please bring your proof of whether you have been tested, vaccinated or recovered (3G). Children up to the age of 12 do not have to show a test.
  • Registration takes place on site.
  • 25 guests can accompany us per tour and guide. This also applies to groups (if you are a larger group, your group will be divided and start with a delay).
  • Disinfection dispensers are available for you at the entrance to the Haubiversum. You can also wash your hands before the tour begins.
  • Always keep a distance of one meter from other guests.
  • Our info point, service staff and guides will be happy to inform you about the applicable hygiene measures during your visit.

Visiting our bakeries

  • Our bakery is open for you from 7 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  • There is no obligation to test in the bakery and when picking up food / drinks.
  • Please wear mouth and nose protection when visiting the bakery!
  • Use all the options for contactless payment in the bakery: ATM cards, Haubis gift cards or the Haubis app.
  • Please keep a distance of one meter from other guests.
  • Please pay attention to hygiene and disinfect your hands regularly.

Visiting our cafes

We have also taken some security measures for you in our cafés:

  • Please use the opportunity to reserve a table when visiting our cafés.
  • Masks are required for guests indoors. 3G proof is still required.
  • You must have proof of whether you have been tested, vaccinated or recovered (3G). Children up to the age of 12 do not have to show a test.
  • Registration takes place on site. You can register digitally on site using an app or using the registration form provided. We ask for your understanding that the registration forms must be truthfully filled out. After 4 weeks, the notes will be destroyed in accordance with the GDPR. The data will only be used to contact you in an emergency in order to avoid clusters. Your data will neither be used for other purposes nor passed on to third parties.
  • Our service staff will personally accompany you to your table.

 

Your security at the table

  • Our service staff will be happy to bring the menus, cutlery and salt & pepper to your table. After your visit, these are hygienically cleaned for the next guests.
  • Bread buffet: Please help yourself directly to our bakery with freshly baked bread and pastries.
  • Please keep a distance of one meter from guests at other tables.
  • According to WKO guideline, service employees are exempt from the minimum distance when operating. If possible, this will be adhered to by our employees!
  • Feel free to use all the options for contactless payment: ATM cards, Haubis voucher cards or the Haubis app

Our children's bakery and playground

The children's bakery is open and all children's programs are taking place again.

  • 15 children and 1 supervisor are allowed to stay in the children's bakery at the same time.
  • There is no mask requirement, but the 3G rules must be followed.
  • It is recommended that you wash your hands several times during the children's programs.

The outdoor and indoor playground in the Haubiversum are open.

  • We ask for your understanding that the indoor play area can only be used to a limited extent by other children during children's programs

Baking Courses

No baking courses are currently taking place until revoked. We will inform you as soon as our baking courses start again.
