    Did you know, for example, that craftsmanship is very important to Haubis and that many of the work steps that could have been taken over by machines are consciously done by the bakers themselves?

    The best example is our Haubis poppy seed roll – also known and popular as poppy seed or poppy seed rye.

    Our experienced and enthusiastic team will accompany you along a glass walkway that will give you the best possible perspective on the origins of our bread and pastries.

    While you literally look our master bakers on the fingers, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the peculiarities of our craft. They let cereals trickle through your fingers, braid your own poppy seed roll and feel like one of our pre-cooked, frozen dough pieces for a short time.

    With all your senses, you experience our bakery craft up close.

    And of course, you take home your own braided, freshly baked poppy seed roll for tasting.
